Privacy Notice

This notice explains what school timetable information Rik Plan uses and how it supports the scheduling workflow.

Information used for scheduling

Rik Plan works with school names, class groups, teacher names, subjects, room details, lesson loads, availability rules, optional student names, imported Excel files, and generated timetable results.

How the information is used

The information is used to prepare timetable inputs, save schedule setups, generate draft schedules, show conflicts or unplaced lessons, and create Excel or PDF exports for school planning.

Where information is kept

Saved schools, setups, rules, and generated schedule records are kept by the schedule service used by your deployment. Draft progress may also be kept in the browser so users can continue their work.

Cookies and browser storage

The standard app does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It uses browser storage for draft schedules, selected schools, selected setups, and guest session tokens that keep the workflow available in the same browser.

Files and exports

Excel imports are used to fill schedule setup data. Excel and PDF exports are created from the current setup or generated timetable so the school can review, print, or share the result.

Your choices

Enter only the details needed to build a timetable. Student names are optional; use initials, group labels, or omit them if full names are not needed for planning.

Keeping and removing data

Saved schedule data remains available until the organization running the deployment removes it or replaces the setup. Browser drafts can be removed by clearing site data for this website.
