School basics

Choose an existing school schedule, or create a new school or schedule.

Step 2

Import or export template

Use the template step after choosing a school so setup data can be prepared in Excel before the wizard applies it.

  • Import template: download a structured Excel file to fill in data:
    • School: general settings and names.
    • Teachers: teacher list and the subjects they teach.
    • Grids: bell schedule and time ranges.
    • Classes: class list with teachers linked to subjects.
  • After filling in the template, save the file, then click Import template and select it.

This step is optional. To continue without a template, click Next.

Step 3

Time grid

Choose school days, then set one shared bell schedule used by every selected day.

Step 4

Teachers, subjects, limits

Add multiple teachers here. The active teacher opens for editing; the others collapse into name labels so the screen stays compact.
