Terms of Use

These terms describe responsible use of Rik Plan for school timetable planning.

What the service does

Rik Plan helps schools prepare timetable data, define rules, generate draft schedules, review results, and export timetable files for planning and administration.

Customer responsibilities

Users are responsible for entering information they are allowed to use and for following the policies of their school, district, organization, or hosting provider.

Acceptable use

Use the service for lawful school planning work. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information, attempt to access another school workspace, or use the service to disrupt other systems.

Review before publishing

Generated timetables are planning drafts. Review conflicts, unplaced lessons, teacher availability, class loads, room choices, and exported files before sharing or relying on a final schedule.

Service availability

Availability, backups, access control, and support depend on the organization or provider running the deployment.

No professional advice

Rik Plan supports administrative planning. It does not replace human review, legal or compliance advice, or professional judgment by school staff.
